SoftFieldLane is a static informational website. It does not operate user accounts, run a server-side database, or process payments.

The contact form on the home page is frontend-only. When submitted, the entered name, email, and phone number are validated in your browser and then cleared. The form does not transmit this information to any server and nothing is stored after the page is closed.

Browser storage

A single value is saved in your browser's local storage to record your choice on the cookie notice, so the notice is not shown again. This value stays on your device and is not shared. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Cookies and analytics

SoftFieldLane does not set tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics on these pages. Images are loaded directly from Wikimedia Commons; their use is subject to Wikimedia's own policies.

Pages may link to outside resources such as provincial programs and associations. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which SoftFieldLane does not control.
